Welcome to Local Klicks! By accessing or using our website, services, or communicating with us in any way, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Local Klicks’ services or website, you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Local Klicks offers digital marketing services including local SEO, Google Ads, Local Services Ads, and social media content tailored for small businesses.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice.

3. Client Responsibilities

By becoming a client, you agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date business information.
Cooperate with content approvals and access requests (e.g., Google Business Profile, website logins, etc.).
Refrain from engaging in any behavior that violates laws, regulations, or infringes on third-party rights.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all services are billed monthly. Invoices are due upon receipt. Late or non-payment may result in paused services or additional fees.

Cancellations require 15 days’ written notice prior to your next billing cycle. There are no refunds for partial months of service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, and deliverables produced by Local Klicks remain the intellectual property of Local Klicks unless otherwise stated in writing. Clients may use deliverables for their business needs but may not resell or redistribute them.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information shared during the course of work, including business details, strategies, login credentials, and client lists.

7. Communication Consent

By submitting your contact information through our website or other channels, you agree to receive communications from us via phone, email, or SMS. You may opt out at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

Local Klicks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, leads, or website rankings.

Total liability for any claim relating to services provided is limited to the amount paid by the client in the previous 30 days.

9. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

We may use or require access to third-party tools (e.g., Google, Facebook, WordPress, etc.) to perform services. We are not responsible for changes made by these platforms or for service disruptions caused by them.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

Non-payment
Inappropriate conduct
Misuse of our services
Breach of these Terms

You may also terminate services by providing written notice at least 15 days prior to your next billing date.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Winchester, VA.
